Issue Summary
German translation for /forgotuserpassword.action, particularly forgot.pass.message and forgot.pass.subject is incorrect and misleading. The translation makes it appear that you will receive a new password in the email. Instead, you will be provided a reset link to create your new password. The third messaging involved, pass.sent.message, received after submitting the form, is correct and states that you will receive a reset link. Finally, you will also receive an email which states that your new password has arrived.

Steps to Reproduce
- Use German translation pack by browsing to /admin/viewlanguage.action
- Log out and click "Sie können sich nicht einloggen?"
- Submit the form with your username and completing the CAPTCHA.
- You see a message stating that you will receive an email with your new password.
- Once you fill in your details and click submit, you'll see another message stating that you'll be getting a reset link.
- Finally, you'll also receive an email with a misleading German subject line. stating that your new password has arrived, "Hier ist Ihr Passwort."
Expected Results
All messaging relating to resetting your password is cohesive and consistent.
Actual Results
You receive inconsistent messaging across three steps - form to submit username/email+captcha, submission message, and finally the subject of the email.
