Issue Summary

When you create JSW team managed project, issue type not translated as user language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your account language to Janapese
2. Create Kanban/Scrum team managed project
3. Go to project settings > issue type
4. Issue type shows with English and Japanese

Expected Results

I see previously when you create team managed project with Japanese, all request type shows as local language.

Actual Results

Currently Epic and Subtask shows local language, other issue type shows English.

Workaround

• Creating project with account language with English, all issue type shows English. so if you want to avoid mixing language on the issue type, it should be workaround.
• Change issue type name with your preferred name. (It keeps shows your set issue type name even changed account language.)
