The boards page are not showing board word translated into dutch consistently

Issue Summary

The board's page shows the board word in an inconsistent manner in the Dutch language: <BASE_URL>/jira/secure/ManageRapidViews.jspa

board/boards are showing instead of bord/borden.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to the Dutch language in the user profile.
2. Access the boards page: <BASE_URL>/jira/secure/ManageRapidViews.jspa

Expected Results

bord/borden will show consistently in all fields

Actual Results

board/boards (english) still showing in some places.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
