Translations not shown on some menus

Description in the ticket:
We are in the process of migrating from Jira on-prem Server to Jira Cloud and while doing some UAT with the client i came to our attention that even if the user has her setting in French a lot of screen are still showing message or menu in english. I know some translation is possible for custom field or status, but like shown in the screenshot most of those are menu of Jira. Is it possible to translate those menu ? It very important for the client to be able to have all the instance in french.
