Hello, our component is in `/platform/packages/policy-platform/browser-storage-controls`, and contains a banner UI component with copy that has been translated. However, when I change my Atlassian account language settings, the banner continues to render in English. 

In investigating why, I realized we weren't calling `injectIntl` from `react-intl-next` to wrap the formatted components, but doing so didn't fix the issue (see this branch preview https://stash.atlassian.com/projects/ATLASSIAN/repos/atlassian-frontend-monorepo/pull-requests/69864/overview).

Not sure if this is an oversight in the codebase or due to how the component is implemented, but would appreciate any insight, thanks!
