Issue Summary

Incorrect German language translation for Approved/Declined requests in the customer portal. Translations of sentences in the German language are at times out of context.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change your user profile language to "German" language.
2. Create a new issue of "Service Request with Approval" issue type. Then "Decline" the request.

Expected Results

The correct text should be: "admin lehnte die Anfrage ab" or "admin hat Anfrage abgelehnt". The large Sentence "Diese Anfrage wurde abgelehnt…" is fully correct but only because it is in passive form.

The Jira translation is based on the status name "abgelehnt" and only the "-e" was added therefore the form "abgelehnte". This form (verb+"e") is correct for most of the verbs in German but not for verbs with prefixes.
