Translation Error
Hi team,
Here in excentia we are using Jira for 12 years and partners during the last 10 years.
On ALL our clients we change the translation for "issue" to "asunto" instead of "incidencia". I am creating this issue because we can't do that on Jira Cloud.
Currently, "issue" is translated to "incidencia", and:
- "Incidencia" is related with an incident, something wrong that have to be resolved (on ITIL context also)
- "Asunto" is (for us) the best translation for the generic word "issue". It means a generic thing that can represent any of the issue types.
On Jira cloud right now we can see that on a project we've got "Incidencias" (incidents), "Tareas" (tasks) and "Peticiones de Servicio" (service requests) and you can find for "Incidencias" (quite strange)
If you need something, please contact me.
Happy New Year
Thanks so much,
--Hugo
