Translation Problems when creating a bug

1. The field description was wrongly translated to descriptif (Should be description)
2. The field epic link is not translated
3. The epic link description is shown in English
4. Under the "Composants" field, The verb needs to be conjugated with the letter "Z", therefore we should read: Commencez à taper pour obtenir une liste de correspondances possibles.

Translation Problems when creating an epic

1. Epic Name is in English
2. Epic Name field is in English: Provide a short name to identify this epic. is in English
3. Groupe Raporteur Field is masculine. Default option should read Aucun
4. The description of the lancement globaux field should be translated or bilingual
5. The test environment field's description is in English, The default option should also read as "Aucun", and not "Aucune"
