Issue Summary

There are a couple of issues when a user is using the French language in Jira Data Center 8.22.6:

• When viewing the Activity tab after leaving a comment, there appears to be an incorrect spelling/punctuation of aujourd'hui.
• When viewing the Comments tab after leaving a comment, there appears to be  an incorrect spelling/punctuation of À l'instant.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Issue.
2. Create a Comment.
3. Immediately switch to the Activity tab:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
