I need a string to be translated differently. These strings are used as values in custom fields and Jira enforces that these values should be unique.

Currently both

Break / Fix - PC (sd.project.template.nextgen.itil.v2.operational.categorization.value.break.pc) translates to Danno/riparazione - PC
Break / Fix - Laptop (sd.project.template.nextgen.itil.v2.operational.categorization.value.break.laptop) translates to Danno/riparazione - PC

and this is causing the TMP IT template in JSM to be uncreatable in Italian.

Break / Fix - Laptop (sd.project.template.nextgen.itil.v2.operational.categorization.value.break.laptop) should translate to 

Danno/riparazione - Laptop
