Issue Summary

There's a wrong translation for Swedish language in JIRA Service Management customer portal.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open JIRA Service Management Customer Portal
2. Change profile language to "Svenska"
3. Check the "Need to raise a request" section
   

Expected Results

For the word "begäran" , it should be "ärende"

Actual Results

For the word "begäran" , it should be "ärende"
