we are small high tech company in healthcare with expending business. Our markets are worldwide from New Zealand to Finland. In healthcare sector there is quite often a situation that users who reports issues (nurses, doctors are our end users) are not fluent in English, even in Germany for example. This is the reason why a support in a user native language is so important.
So, I'd kindly ask you to consider to provide support for European south eastern languages. I would propose just to support any language and we can provide translations ourselves. The language support is needed for the portal and external e-mail notification.
Our current workaround is made by making a portal with two languages:
