Problem Definition
Localization in French for our Cloud products can be sometimes problematic, and can be an issue for customer adoption.
Examples with different severity level:

• The button Cancel and Save aren't translated. The feature can be understood still.
• User notification emails are sent in Czech and not in French. This is quite important since Czech and French aren't very close languages
• The date are in American format and not french format. This one is a real problem because 2020/11/12 is in one case the 11th of December and in the other case, the 12th of November, so it goes against the main goal of planning

Workaround (Optional)
Apparently, the date issue is only present with the new issue view so the workaround provided was to manually go back to the old issue view to vizualize dates.
