For example: field "Created" - in Russian "Создано", but actually we have "Cоздано" - a combination of Latin C letter and the rest of letters in Cyrillic.

This error is widely spread in another systems, so you are not alone

We have this problem on Jira 8.13.1 & 8.20.1 (both are LTS)

p.s. it's better to look through all your eng->rus translation files to find all possible occurrences of this.
