Missing field name translations on the Service creation screen

      Issue Summary

      field names are not translating to polish on the Service creation screen

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. set language to anything that is not english
      2. Go to a ITSM project
      3. Press Services and click 'Create Service'

      Expected Results

      translated field names

      Actual Results

      names are in english

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
