Issue Summary

Certain macros (expand and smart links/blocks) on renderer/editor are not fully localized.
 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create/open/edit any Confluence page
2. Add a expand or smart link/block macro

Expected Results

Placeholder text for title of the expand block should be localized.

Jira issue status/last updated time should be localized in the smart block.

Confluence page status/details ("this page is within the ... space") should be localized.

Actual Results

All above content are in English or partially localized.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
