Issue Summary

German translation is incorrect on Notifications (Next-gen Software and Service projects).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the profile language to German (Deutsch).
2. On a next-gen project, go to Project settings > Notifications.

Expected Results

It will show the information:

"Notifications for this project will be sent FROM the following address" that would be in German "Benachrichtigungen zu diesem Projekt werden von folgender E-Mail-Adresse gesendet:"

Actual Results

It shows:

"Benachrichtigungen zu diesem Projekt werden an die folgende E-Mail-Adresse gesendet" that in English means "Notifications about this project will be sent TO the following email address:"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
