Hi,
I have a very large team in Thailand and I don't want to go back using the old email to ticket method. I like the portal for customers instead just like this one I have created (https://icarasia.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1).
I would like to deploy the portal to my Thai team but unfortunetly English is not their strong suite. Kindly try to help with the Thai Language Pack for Jira Service Desk (CLOUD)
