We are about to install Jira Software v 8.11.0 in production enviroment, but, since the provided Italian language pack has wrong translations, I had to revise all .properties files in the jar to have a proper translation of the contents.

Sometimes the problems concern the translation of single words:

English Current Italian Translation Supposed to be
      Issue Ticket Segnalazione/Problema*
      Reporter Reporter Segnalante
      Dashboard Dashboard Cruscotto
      Assignee Assignee Assegnatario
      Subtask Subtask Sottoattività

*dipends on the context. The correct translation for a Jira Issue is "Seganlazione" but if "issue" refers to any trobule with the Jira instance, it should be translated as "Problema".

Sometimes the translation issues have to do the meaning of whole sentences (messages) that don't really make sense in Italian.

Every time a new Italian Language pack (especially for a new Jira Version) is released by Atlassian, I have to manually edit the content of the .properties files and re-pack the jar with a custom version to ensure having a propert Italian transaltions of all labels and messages in the production environment. I had to do this recently, after the language pack v 8.12 was released for Jira 8.11.0.

How can I contribute to the official Italian translation to avoid having to do the aforementioned time-consuming steps every time?
