Issue Summary
The registration email sent to customers who self-sign up to a Jira Service Desk in Russian receive an email with contradicting information.
The signup email in Russian says:
Все почти готово! Перейдите по ссылке ниже, чтобы завершить регистрацию на Центр поддержки. В целях безопасности не переходите по этой ссылке.
Translated to English this means:
Everything is almost done! Follow the link below to complete the registration to the Support Center. For security reasons, do not click on this link.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the default language of a Jira Service Desk project to Russian.
- Set browser language to Russian.
- Self-sign up on the Service Desk customer portal (sitename.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/signup?destination=portals)
Expected Results
The email should contain the correct Russian translation of the English version which is

The Russian language email tells the customer to not click the link in the email.
