Some letters in Romanian are not being translated correctly

I've seen a couple of customers report in JSD next-gen that sometimes their letters aren't displaying correctly. This occurs both when the default language is set to Romanian and also when the Romanian language support is on. I've attached a screenshot to show what it currently looks like for customers.
