User profile in Servicedesk with having the German language the request change Messages come like this:
Ihr Anfragestatus wurde zu <b> {0} </b> geändert For internal review 20.01.2020 13:34

The same message is displayed in English profile like this:
Your request status changed to For internal review 20.01.2020 13:34

Basically request message in the german language is incorrect, it should be like:
Ihr Anfragestatus wurde zu For internal review geändert

Additionally when we open the properties file(translation-single-i18n_de_DE.properties)  on local instance 
we can see only the below setting.

sd.request.details.activity.status.update.text=Der Anfragestatus wurde zu {0} ge\u00e4ndert.
