German translation of Confluence top nav items

      The German translation of Confluence top nav items is inconsistent. Some nav items are translated into German, others are not.

       

      • The "Create" button is in English
      • All dropdown options under "Apps" are in English
      • When hovering over the  icon, the string is in English ("Help")
