Fix Tooltip Problems

      Main issues

      • Missing Tooltip for the "Page Tree" when Sidebar is closed (just icons are shown)
      • Typos on the tooltip in the  search field (or text is clued together like (g, gor /) 
      • Tooltips while hovering pages are not necessary. 
      • Translations are not affecting tooltips (while using UI in German, the tooltip is still in English)
