Summary

When adding dates in a page through "//" shortcut, the selected date doesn't persist.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have an instance in Santiago - Chile timezone
   1. Change the timezone setting in local computer.
   2. provision a new instance.
2. Create a page
3. Add a date using "//" shortcut
4. Select April 7th, 2019, for example
5. Publish the page

Expected behavior

The page should shows "April 7th".

Current behavior

The page shows "April 6th".

Workaround

Select the day after. It will then show the day before.
