String concatenation causes incorrect translation in Korean

      When an attachment gets uploaded, the correct message should be: "약 3 시간 전에 첨부"
      But it is being displayed incorrectly: "약 3시간 전에에 첨부"
      The letter "에" is displayed in duplicate.

      1. Change the language to Korean
      2. Upload an attachment
      3. Check the message
