Issue Summary

1. If you have chosen to use 'Automatically detect browser setting' on your Confluence Profile and you set the browser language to the German language. it doesn’t translate all the options into the German language on the page(Workflow History, Attachments, page flow History, page information, etc.)

2. Indexing language getting change based on user regional language in browser, if browser language is Spanish then indexing language also showing Spanish.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1.Set the language in a user's profile settings as "Automatically detect browser setting".
2. Step 2.Set the German language in browser settings.
3. Step 3. Verify the page created by/updated by options and click on three dots(menu) and check other options, all options doesn’t show in the German language.

Reproduce steps for indexing language issue:

1. Go to administration > General configuration > check indexing language > it is English.

2. Created a new user added in administration permission
3. Set regional language in browser settings(try Spanish)
4. Login as new user.
5. Check your user profile language, it will show Spanish as per browser language.
6. Go to administration > General configuration > check indexing language.
7. It shows Spanish as per browser language.

Expected Results: All listed options should be in the German language but it shows mixed languages and indexing language should not be change.

Actual Results: Only a few options are showing in german and indexing language also changes to browser language.

Workaround

User can select the language manually from the drop-down under language settings to get the expected results.
