      When changing the language to Czech, date shows Roman numerals instead of the month name.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change the profile language/system language to Czech.
      2. Add some date on a ticket, it could be any date field.

      Expected Results

      It shows 24/Řij/18.

      Actual Results

      It shows 24/X/18.
