Steps to Reproduce

• Set the JIRA user's language to a non-English language.
• Navigate : Cog Menu > Projects
• Click on the delete against one of the projects.

Expected Results

The warning message and the project details on the confirmation page should be translated to the user's language.

Actual Results

The confirmation page is shown in English.
