SLAs : Some buttons are in English (Import SLA configuration, Edit SLA, Delete SLA)

I was able to reproduce the error in a local, fresh install of JSD 3.16.5, matching customer's installed version.

I also reproduced the error on the latest JSD, version 4.3.1.
