Some fields and fields description is not translated in France

Summary

When profile set to France language, there's a lot of field and field description in "Field Configuration" page is not translated. For example :-

• Approvals
• Approvers
• Change completion date
• Change reason
• Change risk
• Change start date
• Change Type
• Description
• Organizations
• Parent link
• Pending Reason
• Request participant
• Satisfaction
• Satisfaction date

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to profile and set the language to France
2. Check the "Field Configuration" page.

Expected Results

All the fields and field description translated to France.

Actual Results

Some of the field and field description is not translated.
