Summary

Dashboard (Nástěnky) is containing HTML tags in the German translation, it shows as <u>D</u>omů instead.

Steps to Reproduce

Install a fresh JIRA instance using version 7.7.1/7.7.2/7.8.0.
Change the default or profile language to Czech language.

Expected Results

The Dashboard label should be correctly translated to Nástěnky
