Not able to download the Dutch (Nederlands) Belgium (België) language pack from translations.atlassian.com

Summary

It is currently not possible to download the Dutch (Nederlands) Belgium (België) language pack from translations.atlassian.com for JIRA Software.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to translations.atlassian.com
2. Select Dutch (Nederlands)
3. Click the download link for Belgium (België)
4. Under "Product", select "JIRA Software"
5. Select the Version of your choice.

Expected Results

Actual Results

The message displayed on the UI is "This language pack is now bundled with Atlassian products, so is no longer available to download here.To get this language pack, upgrade to the latest version of your product. Learn more." and the Download button is grayed out.

Download and use the Netherlands (Nederland) language pack instead of the Belgium (België) language pack.
