Collect statistics on JIRA Core and JIRA Software crowdsourcing

In Jira Server we'd like to obtain the following statistics:

• Translation progress for all languages and in fact on the list of the languages that are being crowdsourced for Jira Core and Jira Server
• An info on the number of customer language pack exports for each language

 
We're trying to get an answer for: how popular is crowdsourcing feature for our products and how often are customers using it.

This was discussed with dradovskii on Stride.
