Description

Users is not able to download certain language packs from translations.atlassian.com such as Czech, Slovia and Polish. When user tried to download the language pack, it shows the following message and the download button is disabled

This language pack is now bundled with Atlassian products, so is no longer available to download here.To get this language pack, upgrade to the latest version of your product. Learn more.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://translations.atlassian.com/
2. Select JIRA or Confluence Server products (Cloud products are unaffected)
3. Select any version.
4. The download button is disabled

Expected Result
The user is able to download the language pack although the language is bundled.
