Description
When users visit translations.atlassian.com then we greet them with language selection page.
We should add explicit message and explain what they can do and why we appreciate that.
Let's put it above "Available languages" section and say something like:
"Welcome to Atlassian Translations site. It provides a collaborative environment for customers to translate Atlassian products. At present there are thousands of accepted translations across a number of languages. We need your help to make this even better!
Please select your language and start translating or download language pack you want to install in your self-hosted product.
We truly appreciate your commitment."
That could be one time message.
