4.0.x clients in HipChat Server 1.4.x are missing the 'three-dots' button

      Summary

      When connecting the 4.0.x HipChat clients to a v1.4.x HipChat Server, the 'three-dots' button under the user avatar is missing. The user also see's the 'older' style button layout (see: ButtonMissing.png) opposed to the current layout (see: ButtonExists)

      The error is tied to a specific value in the HipChat database:

      "hipconnect": "all"
