You have an open space where your clients can share their suggestions and feedback and this is really creditably.
So here we are. One of reasons why we updated to 4 version was screensharing feature.This is very important for our team. We are waiting for 6 months for this feature is implemented, still we do not have any dates.We continue contact your support team with reported bugs and with question about ETA dates.
The second issue is that we were informed that "Hipchat runs on everything" but most popular phone Samsung is not supported with video calls (S6). Also there are a lot of problems with calls for Windows users.
When are you planning this two main issues will be fixed? We are asking about ETA dates as we need to make a decision about our internal chat for our company.
