    Description

      Currently HipChat Data Center does not support Postgres 9.6.

      This is because the version of Crowd embedded in Data Center is not compatible with Postgres 9.6.

      Please update the Crowd release embedded in HipChat Data Center to version 3.1.x, which is finally compatible with Crowd.
