Summary
Users/non-admins are not able to update profile pictures with profile editing restricted to admins only. Previously, users are still able to update profile pictures but was no longer available.
Environment
- Not applicable
Steps to Reproduce
- Set "Can users edit their own HipChat user information?" to "No"
- Login as a HipChat user
- Go to account settings (https://www.hipchat.com/account)
- Select and upload your profile photo
Expected Results
Profile image upload is successfully updated.
Actual Results
Upload profile image fails. The following appears after attempting to upload a profile picture:

HipChat admins to enable profile editing to users.
