SMS notifications sent on a BlackBerry only prompts the message: User has sent you a 1-1 message without any other details. On an iPhone, the SMS would be sent as if a real Chat was sent, eg. User: hey there
Environment
Blackberry device
Steps to Repro
Add your Mobile Number and enable SMS notifications for your HipChat Acount
Get a 1-1 Chat from a User
You'll get an SMS prompt on your Mobile Device
Expected Result
SMS notifications will appear as if they are direct Chats, eg. User: hey there
Actual Result
Blackberry devices receive an SMS: User has sent you a 1-1 message
iPhones, on the other hand, get the full message: User: hey there
