      Summary

      • When a Windows user trying to make establish a call through the HipChat Windows 4.0.xxxx client, the call does not get connected and eventually just get stuck

      Environment

      • Windows 10 Enterprise
      • Windows 7 Enterprise
      • HipChat Windows 4.0.1617
      • HipChat Windows 4.0.1619
      • HipChat Windows 4.0.1619 to Chrome/Firefox

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Establish a call from the Windows 4.0.1617 from a Windows machine to any other users who are connected to other clients
      2. Wait for the call to connect but it never gets connected

      Expected Results

      • The call should get connected and the users should be able to communicate through video / audio call through the new client

      Actual Results

      The screen will just hang with the following screen shot though the status of the caller is already switched to On a call:
