Summary
- When a Windows user trying to make establish a call through the HipChat Windows 4.0.xxxx client, the call does not get connected and eventually just get stuck
Environment
- Windows 10 Enterprise
- Windows 7 Enterprise
- HipChat Windows 4.0.1617
- HipChat Windows 4.0.1619
- HipChat Windows 4.0.1619 to Chrome/Firefox
Steps to Reproduce
- Establish a call from the Windows 4.0.1617 from a Windows machine to any other users who are connected to other clients
- Wait for the call to connect but it never gets connected
Expected Results
- The call should get connected and the users should be able to communicate through video / audio call through the new client
Actual Results
The screen will just hang with the following screen shot though the status of the caller is already switched to On a call:

- Windows 4.0.1617 / 19 to Mobile Client
- Mobile Client to Windows 4.0.1617 / 19
Workaround
- Fall back to the previous 2.2.1397 - https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.hipchat.com/windows/HipChat-2.2.1397-win32.msi
