Can't install HipChat4 from source on Ubuntu 16.04

Summary

Can't install HipChat from source in Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial.

Environment

• Ubuntu 16.04

Step to reproduce

1. Follow the instruction to install HipChat
2. Run sudo apt-get update
3. Setup will fail with following error

   E: Failed to fetch https://atlassian.artifactoryonline.com/atlassian/hipchat-apt-client/dists/xenial/Release  No Hash entry in Release file /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/atlassian.artifactoryonline.com_atlassian_hipchat-apt-client_dists_xenial_Release which is considered strong enough for security purposes
   

Expected Results

User can install HipChat from source

Actual Results

Failed to install HipChat4 with error
