JIRA plugin post function error page uses a dead link

      If you have a misconfigured post-function it shows a link to a non existing page, like: http://natashbar.office.atlassian.com:2990/jira/secure/admin/workflows/$baseUrl/plugins/servlet/hipchat/configure
      The link is wrong in the list of post-functions and also in the details page.
