Why you guys can not sort the people list. I work with a company has 1000 people on chat and same time most of the time I chat with 100 of them and like to keep them in my people list. . I am terrible at spelling and can not type their name correct to find when I need them.

so I see 100+ message but to figure out who pinged me I need scroll whole my list.

That's why we are suggesting slack as team tool and using hip chat for the cross team for now till they get on slack.

Fix this dam thing. Some stupid person made a decision to use hipchat, and now we are stuck with it which lakes basics.

and why we choose component for you.. You guys should be smart enough to assign ticket to right team, aren`t you build product for those, it shows u just need competitor to shake you guys.
