Summary
The Safari Web Inspector pops up then disappears when entering text in HipChat app after upgrade to v4.30.1.749
Environment
- HipChat v4.30.1.749
- Safari Version 11.0.2 (11604.4.7.1.4)
- MacBook Pro OSX 10.11.6
- "Automatically Show Web Inspector for JSContexts" enabled under the "Develop" options in Safari is enabled.
Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade HipChat to Version 4.30.1.749
- Restart your Mac Book Pro OSX 10.11.6
- Open Safari and HipChat at the same time
- Type into HipChat and hit enter
Expected Results
Normal usage of the HipChat application
Actual Results
The web inspector dialog pops up, obscuring the screen.

Workaround
Option 1: Switch Off Web Inspector popup
Disable the "Automatically Show Web Inspector for JSContexts" option in Safari.
Option 2: Revert to previous version
