HipChat window is not movable when it is the active window

      The hip chat window is not moveable when it is the active window.  If I want to move it I need to click in another window to make that active and then I can grab  the title bar and move the window.

      OS:  macOS Sierra 10.12.6

      HipChat:  4.30.1.748
