Delegated admin does not have direct access to System, User management and Settings

Summary

The admin links are not visible on the left hand side bar for delegated admins:

• System
• User management
• Settings

Steps to Reproduce

Login as a delegated admin

Expected Results

You should see the three admin items in the left hand-side menu

Actual Results

You see the menu as if you were a regular user

• People
• Rooms
• Emoticons
• Add-ons

However, the pages are accessible to you.

• System - https://<FQDN>/admin/cluster
• User management - https://<FQDN>/admin/users (External directory and SAML setup pages are read-only)
• Settings - https://<FQDN>/admin/users (Ready-only, a delegated admin can't change preferences)

As a delegated admin, use the links above to reach those pages
