    Description

      I'm trying to log into HipChat using the Windows client behind a VPN connection. It gives me an error message saying "It looks like you are not connected to the Internet. Check your Internet connection". I am connected and I can access the HipChat website. Please look into your firewall rules if there are any IPs blocked from VPN providers. VPNs are necessary in shared working environments. IP blocks are very heavy handed and block real users too. Consider turning off blocks for signed in users or for users of the desktop clients.
