Unable to remove users from a private room

Summary

Private room admin unable to remove users when deactivated the room includes users that have been deleted.

Environment

All HipChat clients

Steps to Reproduce

• Try to remove users by clicking in "Remove People"

Expected Results

Should be able to delete users

Actual Results

• Check HipChat logs and will see errors indicating that user can't be found

Workaround

Open a support ticket at Customer Support Channel.
